This is just cooking black beans to use other ways besides feijoada – today I’m making them to go in salads. I started them after reading one blogger’s time (25 min at pressure, 20 NPR) then googled around and saw only 30-35 minutes as the cooking time, but the official Instant Pot site says 20-25, so I should be ok. NO SOAKING REQUIRED! yay.
