I used this recipe from NYT. The crispy outer leaves that fall off should be bagged and sold as chips – so good! I should break them into leaves only, for snacks! UPDATE: H-E-B sells shaved Brussels sprouts! I followed a recipe that said 400° F for 20 minutes which was waaay too long. Try 10-15 minutes.
